Marigold is a modern Indian restaurant whose unique menu includes a combination of
authentic, craveable Indian dishes and modern interpretations of the classics. In our
contemporary creations, we apply various traditional and regional Indian cooking methods, recipes and seasonings to high quality ingredients. These creations enhance the natural flavors of these ingredients in a balanced manner while allowing the flavors of India to stimulate the senses. Marigold also focuses on daily preparations to ensure all ingredients are served at the peak of their freshness.
Our distinct approach to Indian cuisine is being noticed and recognized; we have been featured in the Chicago Sun-Times, Chicago Magazine, Time Out Chicago, Chicago Readers, Metromix and WBBM News Radio 780. Enclosed in this packet you will find a few of these press clippings.
As we considered providing catering services, we knew one thing for sure. We could only offer the same high quality, unique and distinctive menus that we do at our restaurant; and deliver the whole experience with the same quality and hospitality that we offer in the restaurant.
