I wanted to thank you for an excellent job. The menu was perfect and the guests thoroughly enjoyed all of our choices. (And of course, the desserts were a huge hit.)

It was a pleasure working with you and I appreciate your patience throughout the process…..in this case, it was an anxious groom!

Your staff’s breakdown started about 20-25 minutes late due to remaining guests in the room but I believe that they finished on schedule. (If not, revise the final invoice, if necessary.)

The dust is beginning to settle on our end and we want to thank you once again for a most lovely wedding celebration for Kathleen and John. Every detail of the day was beyond our expectations. The food, the service, the location, were all something out of a movie. Thank you for everything-your attention to detail was truly amazing. The food was delicious and all our guests felt so welcome and cared for. We want to especially note Sohana's patience with our questions and changes and Alejandro's professional and attentive service. He was so kind to everyone and aware of the overall flow of the gathering. Each member of the waitstaff took pride in their work and it showed. Hello all!

Hope everyone is doing well and enjoying the fall. I know this may be a bit delayed but wanted to share our wedding pictures with you. Happy New Year and greetings from Mexico.

Thanks to you for all you've done to help us make a smashing event in Chicago! I meant to send a note to you after the RSNA but the time really got away from me. (Maybe I did send it and don't remember.) Michael did a terrific job and everything was perfect. I got a number of accolades for that one and there is talk to go back to REAC next year. If we switch venues, it has to be, as one person put it, "anyplace we can use that caterer."

In addition to the weather being cooperative yesterday, the event itself was way beyond expectation. Everyone was totally impressed with not only the vessel, accommodations & set up, but the entire atmosphere. The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful.

The food and presentation was absolutely excellent and the staff was discrete, friendly and capable and efficient. I could have eaten every one of those shortbread/raspberry cookies all by myself!!

I did not get the usual headaches and anxiety normally associated with planning an event and trying to anticipate the unknown. I felt very confident that I was not alone in the process and that everything would go as planned. Your reassurance and willingness to work with me on pricing was invaluable to me. I have never been so relaxed at an office event!

Thanks to each of you and all of your staff for making this event perfect. As people were reluctantly leaving, many of them hopefully said "Same time next year??!!" That says it all.

I just want to say thank you for doing such a wonderful job on Saturday night.  The food was absolutely outstanding.  My mouth begins to water when I think about that fish course!  Everything was perfect and went just as I envisioned it.  Once again, Taste America Catering comes through with flying colors.  Also, thank you for the beautiful gingerbread house.  My kids loved seeing it when they woke up the next morning and have been nibbling on it ever since.  Your thoughtfulness is much appreciated and I wish you and your family a happy holiday.

Thank you so much for all the work for Mike's 50th birthday party.  It was truly a lovely party ?the tables were beautiful, the service wonderful and the food outstanding.  The pumpkin gnocchi served in the mini-lunchboxes was quite a hit as was the beef tenderloin.  The food and ambience made the party really click as our new and old friends got to know each other (the White Sox World Series helped too, of course!)
